By signing up for a subscription, you agree that your monthly charge will begin after a 2-day trial period.
If you do not wish to be charged, you must cancel your subscription during the trial period directly from your POKY account.


For refund inquiries, please contact us if you haven't used the app or if your store is closed. We can refund charges for up to 3 months.


You shall not initiate any charge-back for fees paid to us, except if you have been the victim of identity theft and provide a valid police report.
Unauthorized charge-backs may result in the termination of your account and further action.
